Technical Coordinator

We have an amazing opportunity to join a bespoke award winning house builder in Suffolk, responsible for overseeing 2/3 bespoke residential projects at various stages of the development cycle and coordinating with various external consultants throughout.

You will be working on a niche, high quality product and be joining the business at an exciting time of expansion.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience of working for a house builder or developer on multi unit residential projects
• Architectural, Engineering or other relevant background
• Confident in taking control of projects and liaising with external consultants such as architects, engineers, councils etc
• Able to work independently but also having input in to the wider team and future sites being brought through the business
• To have experience of working on projects from cradle to grave and not to be afraid to offer insightful feedback in to future sites
• Confident in helping others in the team and looking at assisting more junior individuals in the future
