🚨 Associate Civil Engineer – Development Infrastructure 🚨

💰 £66,000 – £80,000 + Bonus + Package
I’m currently working on an excellent opportunity for an Associate Civil Engineer to join a highly regarded, design-led engineering consultancy in London.
This is a key senior hire within a growing Development Infrastructure team, offering real influence over technical delivery, team leadership, and business growth.
🔧 The Role
- You’ll be leading projects across the full lifecycle, from early-stage feasibility and planning through to detailed design and delivery.
- This role is particularly suited to an engineer with strong building drainage and infrastructure experience, looking to step into (or continue in) a leadership position.
✅ Key Experience Required
- 10+ years’ experience in civil/infrastructure engineering
- Strong background in roads, drainage, earthworks & utilities
- Proven experience delivering residential and mixed-use developments
- Drainage strategy & detailed design, including SuDS
- Experience with foul & surface water attenuation
- Familiar with approvals such as S38, S278 & S104
- Proficient in MicroDrainage (or similar software)
👥 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from concept through to delivery
- Oversee technical quality and financial performance
- Support and develop junior engineers and technicians
- Work closely with clients, architects and stakeholders
- Contribute to team growth, strategy and business development
- Provide technical guidance and share best practice internally
