Associate Civil Engineer

We are currently recruiting an Associate Civil Engineer to join our clients Sheffield office. Our client has 4 offices across the UK and is expanding due to the increased workload.

This role requires the candidate to liaise with current and proposed Clients to maintain repeat business and generate new business. You will also be expected to prepare detailed Client briefs or fee proposals for Client submission and contribute to bids and tenders.

What you need to succeed:

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Extremely strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience of managing and mentoring a team
• The ability to liaise well with professionals from other disciplines.
• Membership of a Professional (and relevant) Institution (Desirable)
• A successful track record of building Client relationships
• Five years or more experience working at a senior level.
• Proven business leader and a recognized technical expert within the within the UK Development sector
