Our trusted client has a great name on the market and are currently looking for an ambitious Civil Engineer to build a team of up to 5 engineers over the next 2 years. This gives you the autonomy to set out the team structure, hire your engineers, lay out training plans and be a focal part of the business.
Ideally the successful Lead Civil Engineer will have between 7-12 years’ experience within Civil Engineering design and doesn’t shy away from responsibility.
Communication will be a huge part of the role and it is vital you are able to communicate at all levels with different departments and sectors. Proven experience in leading Civil engineering teams is vital.
