We are assisting our client who are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to join their growing team in Manchester. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in structural engineering and business development, with a strong desire to expand their office presence and contribute to the continued success of the firm.

What you will need to succeed:

• BEng or MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Must be chartered with ICE or IStructE
• A minimum of 10 years design experience.
• Demonstrated track record of successful business development and client relationship management.
• Proven experience in structural engineering, including design, analysis, and construction supervision.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, TEDDS and Tekla Structural Designer
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
