You’ll play a key part in leading design delivery, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of junior engineers within a collaborative and ambitious team environment. What You Need To Succeed
- Strong technical design experience across a variety of structural materials (steel, concrete, timber, masonry).
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g. Tekla, Tedds, MasterSeries, Robot).
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion, including client liaison and team coordination.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of budgets, fees, and business development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and support junior engineers.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of the business.
- Chartered or near-Chartered status (IStructE or ICE preferred).
- MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
