We’re working on an opportunity for an Associate Structural Engineer to join a highly respected structural engineering practice based in Holborn, known for delivering intelligent, elegant solutions across a broad range of building projects. With a team of around 30 talented engineers and technicians, the practice enjoys long-term relationships with many high-profile architects and clients. They are now looking for an Associate Structural Engineer to join their established London office – a rare opportunity to take a senior role within a close-knit and design-led environment.
This is an exciting chance to become part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team that thrives on complex and creative engineering challenges. You’ll contribute to a diverse portfolio, from innovative new-build structures to sensitive refurbishments of historic and listed buildings, working across steel, concrete, timber, and masonry. As an Associate, you’ll play a key role in project leadership, client engagement, and mentoring junior engineers, with a clear route to progression within a practice that values technical excellence and professional development.
We are seeking an experienced and chartered (or near-chartered) Structural Engineer with around ten years’ experience, ideally gained within a UK consultancy. You’ll bring a strong technical foundation, design flair, and the confidence to lead projects independently while contributing to the wider strategic and creative direction of the practice.
