Role Overview:
We’re looking for a talented Civil Engineer with 3–7 years’ experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be at the heart of diverse projects—ranging from highways and drainage schemes to urban developments and major infrastructure works—working closely with clients, contractors, and colleagues to deliver real-world solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver civil engineering designs, reports, and calculations to the highest standard.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.

Mentor junior engineers and share your technical expertise.

Ensure projects meet health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Contribute to project proposals and support business growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:

3–7 years’ experience in civil engineering, ideally in consultancy or infrastructure projects.

Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng) or equivalent.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, or similar software.

Strong understanding of highways, drainage, and structural design principles.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines confidently.
Desirable:

Chartered Engineer (CEng) or actively working towards CEng.

Experience with sustainable and low-carbon design solutions.

Familiarity with UK standards and regulations (CDM Regulations, Highways England Design Manual).
