Civil Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a talented Civil Infrastructure Engineer who is based in the Bath region to join our clients leading civil infrastructure team. Our client is global and leading Civil Engineering consultancy working of a range of medium to large scale projects.

You can expect to work across the residential, commercial, industrial and healthcare sectors on multi-million-pound schemes. You will be apart of a team of 30+ Engineers, all ranging from Graduate through to associate level and be given endless opportunities to further your career.

The role

• Undertaking design from feasibility and option studies through to detailed civil engineering design, striving to see that service and project work are carried out within agreed deadlines and within budget
• Preparation of reports to support planning applications and design stage deliverables
• Plan and manage CAD documentation of design work
• Prepare technical specifications
• Ensure senior staff are kept informed of important and relevant service/design decisions and the objectives of the company and the client are achieved.

What you need to succeed

• A technical background in drainage, roads, earthworks and utilities co-ordination
• Experience in working within a multidisciplinary team, or large international projects
• Bachelors/master’s degree in civil engineering or similar
• A desire to work towards Professional registration with a relevant institution.
