We are seeking a Flood Risk and Drainage Graduate Consultant/Consultant with appropriate qualifications to join their lively Bristol team, ideally with 3+ years' experience preparing FRAs and Drainage Strategies. What you need to succeed
- Ability to recognise and communicate flood and drainage related constraints and opportunities at development sites.
- Experience producing FRAs and drainage strategies.
- Good knowledge and experience of InfoDrainage (or other drainage modelling software).
- Ability to use AutoCAD and GIS.
- Good knowledge of the planning system, in particular flood related policy and guidance such as the NPPF and SuDS Manual.
- Awareness of project management and good communication skills.
- Ability to write clear and concise reports.
- Some knowledge of Tuflow, Flood Modeller, FEH or river restoration would be a benefit, but is not essential.
