We have an opening for a Geospatial Analyst within our client’s award-winning London office. Our client is an expert in multi-disciplinary problem solving, understanding the detail of a client’s brief and working across the sectors, projects are varied, include both building and infrastructure developments and typically involve regulated and complex environments.
Joining this expanding team, you will have the chance to contribute to the establishment and definition of their operational methods, engage in process development, implement quality and data management systems, suggest integration concepts, and help set strategic goals for the business application of GIS.

The role
- Within this role as a Geospatial Analyst, you will be required to develop cutting-edge Geographic Information Systems (GIS) projects.
- Develop and implement GIS software solutions.
- You will work closely with our multidisciplinary design team to design, develop, and implement GIS applications that meet the needs of our clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient GIS applications.
- Integrate GIS with other technologies to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Ability to analyse and manipulate data within a Geographical Information System and digital mapping environment.
- Conduct spatial analysis and create detailed maps and visualisations.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all GIS data.
- Provide technical guidance to design leads across the business.
- Stay up to date with the latest GIS technologies and development practices.
What you need to succeed
- You will have a strong background in GIS technology, software development, and an ability to manage complex projects.
- You have working knowledge of navigating through QGIS and ArcGIS.
- You are proficient in utilizing QGIS and ArcGIS to construct GIS models from the ground up.
- You have knowledge and understanding of the Engineering industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Computer Science, Geology, Geography, or a related field.
- GIS data management skills, including digitising and data capture, analysis and assurance, and preparation of data schemas.
- Knowledge of GIS task automation.
- Understanding of database design.
