Our client is currently in search of a Principal Structural Structural Engineer with a minimum of eight years’ postgraduate experience to join their team which is based in the picturesque town of Henley-on-Thames. The successful candidate will lead and manage complex structural engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
You will focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable structural solutions across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.

What You Will Need To Succeed:
- BEng or MEng in Civil/Structural Engineering (or equivalent too).
- To be a Chartered Engineer with IStructE or ICE (or working towards)
- A minimum of eight years working for a UK based design consultancy is essential
- Proficient in structural software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Robot and Tekla Tedds.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Experience across multiple sectors, ideally including residential. You will be working on projects that encompass a variety of materials within the commercial, educational, residential, healthcare, and leisure sectors.
