Senior Civil Engineer

This consultancy is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer! Are you up for the challenge? With offices up north and down south, this client is growing their consultancy and looking to expand their team.

Our client is hoping to take on a Senior Civil Engineer who is passionate, willing to learn and a team player. If this aligns with you, then this role is for you!

The role:

• Design of civil engineering schemes associated with large developments throughout the UK.
• Client management including attendance at client and design team meetings.
• Recognised point of contact for clients on projects.
• Managing junior staff delivering infrastructure schemes.
• Mentoring junior staff and supporting their training and development.
• Input into financial control of projects, contributing to fee proposals and invoicing.

What you need to succeed:

• Competent user of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoTrack and (ideally but not essential) MicroDrainage/Causeway
• Flow Experience of highway/drainage design associated with S278, S38, S104 agreements.
• Good communication and people skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Experience of working with developers/contractors
