Senior Structural Engineer

As their business continues to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled and Chartered Senior Structural Engineer to join their team who will contribute towards sustainability-driven projects.

The Role:

• Lead and execute cutting-edge structural designs that incorporate the latest sustainable technologies and methodologies.
• Implement innovative solutions to address complex engineering challenges.
• Take charge of multiple projects, ensuring their successful completion within timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to integrate sustainable practices seamlessly into project deliverables.
• Spearhead sustainability initiatives within the structural engineering realm.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, demonstrating exceptional technical proficiency and understanding of their unique project requirements.
• Work collaboratively with clients to integrate sustainability goals into project objectives.

What you need to succeed:

• A minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience in structural engineering.
• Chartered with IStructE or ICE.
• MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience working with steel and concrete structures essential.
• Experience with masonry or timber frames desirable.
• In-depth understanding of sustainable design principles and their application to structural engineering.
