What You Need To Succeed
- Proven experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects (15+ storeys preferred).
- Strong technical expertise in structural design and analysis.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Tekla, ETABS, and Revit.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.
- Ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and mentor junior engineers.
- Understanding of UK Building Regulations and Eurocodes.
- A passion for innovation and sustainable design practices.
- Chartered with IStructE or ICE (preferred or working towards).
- MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
