We are working with an established multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Canterbury who are looking to appoint a Senior Structural Engineer to their team.
They are looking for a talented Structural Engineer with the ability to manage multiple projects, providing leadership within the Structural Engineering team, working across a genuinely broad and diverse spectrum of projects – including commercial offices, residential buildings, laboratories and educational buildings.
The successful candidate will be a driven Engineer who is either performing as – or looking to progress to – Senior Structural Engineer. Ideally, you will be chartered with the IStructE too although this is something that is supported if not.

What You Need To Succeed
- Ability to lead and manage structural engineering projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Competent conducting structural analysis and design, with a varied portfolio of experience.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds, Robot and/or MasterSeries.
- Able to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Passion for mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Confident communicator, able to explain engineering concepts clearly and simply to a range of stakeholders.
- Chartered with IStructE or ICE (or working towards).
- MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
