What You Need To Succeed
- Proven experience in structural design within a UK design consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and relevant design codes.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Tekla Structural Designer, MasterSeries, Robot, or similar.
- Ability to manage projects or work packages from concept through to delivery.
- Experience coordinating with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations.
- Ability to mentor and support junior engineers within the team.
- Chartered Engineer status with the IStructE/ICE (or actively working towards) is highly desirable.
- A strong academic background with a BEng or MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering.
