The Role:

As a Graduate Structural Engineer some of the responsibilities that you will undertake include; preparing outline designs for structural schemes, carry out detailed design calculations to up-to-date British Standards, Eurocodes and relevant design guidance notes, liaise with the design team and client throughout the project and monitor progress and quality during the construction phase where you will also be supported by a more senior member of staff – especially to start with.

What you need to succeed:

  • Ambition, and hunger for good career progression
  • BEng or BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Ability to successfully deliver projects on time
  • Attention to detail whilst working under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Tedds, Tekla or Revit
