We’re looking for a proactive Technical Co-ordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep design, quality and compliance running smoothly from planning to handover.
What You’ll Do

Drive the design and technical process for residential developments

Coordinate architects, engineers, and consultants

Review drawings, specs, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance

Manage planning, building regulation, NHBC and warranty submissions

Support site teams with technical queries and problem-solving

Keep projects on track by delivering information to key deadlines
What You’ll Bring

Experience in residential development or housebuilding

Strong understanding of planning, drawings and building regs

Confident communicator and natural organiser

Detail-driven, proactive and solution-focused
-
CAD knowledge is a bonus
