We’re seeking bright, enthusiastic, and open-minded Civil Engineers to join our team in Bristol and contribute to the exciting, multi-billion-pound pipeline of work for UK Water Authorities during AMP 8 and beyond. As part of a forward-thinking team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering challenging projects that drive innovation and improve water infrastructure across the country.
About the Role:
You will work on a diverse range of projects, including:

New and replacement potable water mains
-
Foul drainage systems, including CSO remediation works
-
Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS) and conventional surface water drainage designs
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside Senior and Principal Engineers, tackling complex engineering problems, ensuring high-quality designs, and contributing to projects that have a lasting impact on communities.

What We’re Looking For:
-
Experience: 3+ years’ experience in the water industry (potable, surface, and foul water design and/or construction)

Qualifications: Civil Engineering degree (preferably a Masters)

Skills:
-
Proficiency in 3D design and modelling software (MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage)

Familiarity with Water Authority statutory approval processes (S104, S106)

SuDS Approval Body involvement

Attributes:

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

An organised, methodical approach to managing multiple projects

Eagerness to work towards Professional Qualification with ICE or CIWEM
