Ross began his recruitment career in 2001 and has spent over two decades building strong relationships across the Civil Engineering and Built Environment sectors.
In 2010, he founded Strata Consulting to create a specialist recruitment business focused on supporting civil engineering consultancies, housebuilders and infrastructure organisations with the people they need to deliver projects successfully.
Ross remains hands-on in the business, working closely with both clients and candidates and taking pride in building long-term relationships rather than simply filling roles.
He firmly believes that clear communication with both the client - particularly the key decision maker - and the potential candidate is fundamental to successful recruitment.
The Strata team pride themselves on taking the time to understand the needs of all parties to deliver the right long-term solution.
Ross lives in Gloucestershire with his wife and their three children, and enjoys spending weekends with his family, whether relaxing at home or out and about keeping up with their endless energy.
Away from work, Ross is a huge sports fan and enjoys cricket, football, golf and rugby whenever he gets the chance.
