Molly Champion-Pinchin

Molly started in recruitment in 2023 after working in sales for 5 years previously. Her role at Strata is to work in partnership with both clients and candidates and act as a Specialist in Civil Infrastructure recruitment. Molly’s approach is personal, transparent, and insight-led and she typically recruits for talented Civil Engineers across the Southwest and London/surrounding areas.

Outside of work, Molly is heavily involved in amateur dramatics and performs in a variety of musicals regularly.
