Luke Small

Luke is approach six years working for Strata, where he specialises in the Structural Engineering market primarily across London, the South East, South West and Wales. Having initially entered recruitment in 2011 he is now approaching 15 years total recruitment experience.

Starting in executive search for five years, Luke has remained in the built environment throughout - working on appointments from director-level to graduate whilst operating across construction, housebuilding and now specialising in design engineers.

Outside of work, Luke prioritises spending time with his children, walking his dog, and enjoys spending additional free time riding the trails on his mountain bike or hacking round a golf course.
